All vehicle brand names, model names, and logos referenced on this Site — including but not limited to Changan, Geely, Chery, Haval, MG, BYD, GAC, JAC, and Jetour — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the vehicles for which parts are suitable. China Car Parts UAE (MEGBA NEXUS L.L.C-FZ) is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
2. Nature and condition of parts
Unless we specifically state in your quote or invoice that a part is genuine OEM, the part may be OEM-equivalent, aftermarket, supplier-branded, used, refurbished or otherwise sourced from third-party suppliers. The condition and description stated in the accepted quote or invoice governs the order.
3. Fitment
We assist with fitment using the VIN/chassis number, photos, part numbers and vehicle details you provide. Fitment depends on the accuracy and completeness of that information. We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information, unclear photos, undisclosed vehicle modifications, regional specification differences or third-party installation errors.
4. No additional commercial warranty and no professional advice
Unless expressly stated in your quote or invoice, we do not provide a separate commercial warranty for durability, lifespan, performance, wear and tear or compatibility beyond the accepted part description. This does not exclude or limit any mandatory rights you may have under UAE consumer protection law.
